I'm putting down a deposit tomorrow, EEEE I'm so excited
Moving in early May. The floorplan is the 1/1 Renoir. It's only one of two places that allows pets in Boston because they have this stupid law that you can't charge a pet fee so no places allow pets. It took forever to find the place and they do actually charge a pet fee illegally I guess but I don't care so long as I finally have a place to stay.

Yeah it's pretty expensive but it is really nice and close to so many restaurants and fun things with a great view of the water on the 9th floor. It is going to be cheaper than what I pay now though because I'm splitting it.

As far as the cold, I'm from Connecticut so I'm used to it, I've only been in Florida for 3 years and I've adapted to the weather but when I've visited in winter it hasn't been too bad, just wear a lot of layers. Boston winters seem mild anyways compared to the winters I had in the hills of Ct.

Its right next to the WTC, yeah it is and it was the only one that allowed pets so I guess I have no choice but it's nice and like I said it is less than I'm paying now since I'm splitting rent.

The garage there is $260 month or there is one 3 blocks away that most residents use that is $120 month so I'll probably be going with that option. There is also free sticker parking in a lot but it's 8 block away, like 1 bus stop down.

I guess, lol I'm only familiar with the Northeastern/Prudential Center area really. I've been to many places in Boston, just never knew where I was haha.

I think $120 is reasonable though, I'll just walk a little get some exercise.

BTW the apartment has lots of great amenities like a 24 hour fitness center with cable tvs built into all of the machines, concierge service, drycleaning and grocery service, room service, etc. so I think it's worth it. You just have to pay a little extra to be treated like a princess :P Honestly, I wouldn't have ended up in such a nice place if it weren't for the pets, so I should thank them.

There are a lot of new developments in and around Boston the last few years…..mostly apartment buildings.
I heard that average price to purchase one is $750,000.00 depending on the area, if you look around the prudential/copley area…..prbly over 1 mil

my wife works at the WTC and knows this area very well. its a very safe area of boston so i think you will be very happy there.
