I love Arc'teryx stuff... I've got a couple soft shells, but I can't remember their model names off hand.
FWIW my North Face Gor-Tex stuff is pretty decent too... My suit was expensive, but all in it probably only cost about 1/3 of what a nice Arc'teryx suit would. I don't ski, so I can't see the point in replacing it with a "better one". But if I ever got into skiing/boarding, I'd go right to the Arc'teryx rack for sure. BTW, I have a couple Arc'teryx backpacks that are the shit too. They have a great molded back panel that keeps them in place if you are biking/hiking, etc. |
