It's a dry heat?
Actually, not in VA! This was after driving for a while, so it's fairly accurate!

This...all living in dry heat did for me, other than make me sweat all the time, is lower my tolerance for humidity, so I'm fucked either way now. Before I could deal with humidity pretty well...

When I got back to NY this summer it was humid as shit and 80 degrees. I thought I was going to die. Its got to be close to 110 or above at this point to even phase me without humidity.

Right - would go running in 100+ heat in AZ and yea I'd sweat but nothing crazy. Get back here, running in 80* plus humidity, by the end of a 4mi run I'm completely drenched

I just hate always feeling dehydrated. I drink tons of water and it just doesn't make you feel much better. Love having a humidifier though.

I still have my water "routine" engraved into my daily procedure...I literally cannot go anywhere without a water bottle. If I don't have one, I'll obsess over it until I get or buy one. The relief I get every time my pee is clear is substantial.
