ive tried wiping it off in the past too, i dont know why i cant remeber its there, hopefully after making a thread it will have some staying power in my head

I'm glad you posted this. I had originally thought there was a problem with my monitor then I noticed this was the only site I saw it on.

Hmm, seems that it only appears on Firefox while IE is fine.

On Firefox 2.0.0.3 on Windows XP I have the dot, which I'm quite sure is bigger than a pixel.

On Safari (something-mumble) on OS X 10.4 I have a line the color and height of the dot that stretches all the way across the page. Maybe the line's flakey and not always rendered the right length?

lmao... awesome find. i didnt even notice it, maybe cuz im running 1600x1200 resolution. and my monitor is pretty darn dirty
