Embedding Youtube

Could someone show me how to embed a youtube vid?
I searched and only found a bunch of "Testing"
The ones that work don't help you and the ones that don't work, no one explains what to do to fix it.

You just have to post the youtube link and our forum will automatically embed the video.

But the URL must be the plain direct link to the video (and not contain any special or embed code).

But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
