10 days at VPC?
My car has been at the VPC for 10 days now, is that normal?
Is it a sign that it was damaged and being worked on? Is there a way to find out if it was damaged? It may be normal and I am overeacting, would appreciate some expert advice. Happy Holidays to all! |

r we talking 10 business day or 10 days has elapsed? my car was in vpc for 9 business days after it unloaded from ship. keep in mind most of the waiting here is for customs clearance. it takes them awhile to get to ur car. vpc really only needs less than a day to do their stuff if not that many cars are ahead of urs. if u did ed ur wait just got a little bit longer bc of assigned low priority. if u want to know if there's damage ask ur ca, he can look it up in his system.

From the sticky posted by jwocky about VPC, they can process about 400 cars a day, so 9 business day means there are at least 3600 cars in front of you? That's a lot of cars....
