Mods, please investigate the goings on in EuroPassion's GB threads. Specifically, the Hartge and ACS rep threads.

We're all severely dissatisfied with Felix business ethics and practices.

You guys need to GOOGLE! Europassion sucks and they have messed with people on the mercedes forums so now they are trolling on over here to a new crowd. Their customer service blows, and so does their fitment. It was never once perfect on the mercedes forum. Something always needed to be modified.....Just google them and youll see some horrible pictures or CRAP they have sent out.

I was going to create a thread in this section of the forum to ask admins why they are not taking any action towards Felix@Europassion. Obviously admins were probably the only ones who had authority to delete the thread. Vendor probably has more power than any of us since they are paying the site admins to be a sponsor here, but if the vendor's business practice is horrible, then they should be receiving penalties.

It took many of us months to receive the damn shipment receipt and we still haven't even got the parts yet. Many of us actually paid for express shipping for faster service, but last I checked, the word "express shipping" did not stand for couple months of waiting. If he was simply honest with us, and that he is having major difficulties with the painting department in the first place, we would understand. Though, even that can be a serious bullshit he made up. He gave us so much crap regarding how "it'll ship out tomorrow", "receipt coming tomorrow", etc for WEEKS and months.

What REALLY pissed me off(and 30 some other buyers including mercedes GB people) was the fact that HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND what he did wrong. While we were keep on telling him what he has done wrong, he kept on telling us how he would never rip of us off. We weren't worried about getting ripped off at that point, we were just pissed about the fact that he kept on lying, he vanished for weeks, etc.

Felix better not come to this thread and start making up some random crap again. We, as customers, don't give a rat's ass on whether the seller is having difficulty with another department or whatever. If you are not ready to take such orders in terms of capacity, DON'T SELL ANYTHING AND DON'T RECEIVE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. I have set up a GroupBuy in E90POST before and it went through successfully. so I know all about GB status. It is not an easy thing to do, keeping up with other department contacts, customers, private messages, e-mails, etc are difficult. But you are making money, and business is business. If you want to remain as a good business man with good reputation, honesty is the key.


If admins are simply letting him slide because he is a vendor/sponsor, what is all that business practice statements for? This is my 2nd time buying parts from vendors in E90POST, and both times I got f**ked over. I personally like Jason and Mark(admins of E90POST) and appreciate them for such great site, but like A LOT of E90POSTers complain, they need to be more careful and be selective on picking vendors/sponsors for this site.

well i'm on the other side of the boat here. i long time ago i bought a lip from him and i got it with no problems. it took a long time thats for sure, but it did get it none the less.

As for what has been going on recently - it does sound like things have gotten way out of control.

i think the first time GB he had was good because he wasnt cutitng corners. now he got a bigger group buying he figure can cut corners and make more money on shipping. although he said he doesnt, the facts are there in writing.

Exactly. Thats why he started Mercedes groupbuy also.

I really trusted Felix, he even gave me a call from indonesia telling me that he will keep his words. I don't distrust anyone easily, I gave him many chances to keep his words but he never did until he vanished for weeks and one of his company worker in states started responding with bill of lading or whatever..

What is your problem? Why attack us for this, Felix delayed your shipments and you've made him pay the price for this by trashing his reputation, what more justice do you want? You didn't actually loose any money! Felix paid to be a sponsor here, hes not allowed to spam here, all his threads are limited to the sponsors area, and because he pays for it hes allowed to delete his threads in that section. In a sense, he owns that thread, as you can obviously see, the threads about him in other sections (the vendors reviews section) have not been touched.

Believe me, i've been screwed over by vendors and am the first to jump down their throats. But in this case what does this have to do with our administration of the forum? I'm sorry that this forum I pour my blood and guts into every single day isn't up to your standards. grow up!

We didn't blame the administration, we simply asked whether admin will do anything about this. Felix's business practices were so horrible that MANY fellow E90POST members are suffering, myself included.

So just because he pays you, you let a horrible vendor like that stay in this forum and let him screw E90POST members over? Thats like a president of a country saying he'll let drug lords stay in the country cause they pay him. "its the money we care for, not the members".

I really hope that Felix can solve his issue ASAP so that people will satisfy.
I buy many products from him; breyton, ACS, M5 and Mtech bumper and they are no problem(fitment) at all.

Regarding of his 2nd gb, I have no idea why it delays so long. It must be painting issue and airfreight cargo space issue. Too bad that there is limited for express service; FedEx, UPS, DHL...etc. They quote very high!!!

From local point, there is no problem at all. Once I call him for order and get it tomorrow. So fast!
