You guys should listen to the show, it was good.
Arizona is still on hold. Why? Cuz the Fed said they will prosecute anyone giving dispensary licenses. Why? Cuz they want the Illegal Immigration Law reversed.

but no, instead we try and slam together a budget full of clauses and bad math so our backwards "leaders" can keep there paychecks and benefits.

Also, my best friend has cancer and is 215 patient, I dont think he is a loser at all for choosing to smoke or ingest marijuana to ease his pain instead of being pumped with a bunch of expensive prescription drugs that do more damage to the body then marijuana does in the first place.

and if Louisiana would lighten up on there laws, they would have more time to put there money and efforts in to rebuilding the state actually and curing the rampant crack problem they have in New Orleans, but hey, whatever works...
didn't know they had a crack problem. thought that area was oxy.

All the stuff you listed has little to do with "medical weed." Yes, they're all reasons why you think CA is in the gutter, but still it's a stretch to say it has anything to do with "medical weed." How is "medical weed" propelling CA further into the gutter? Why is "medical weed" bad? That's my question. Asides from the taxes and cashflow it's helping with, what's the negative? It's also more governed, so you need a prescription to obtain "medical weed." Are you arguing it would have been better to have left it illegal and not regulate it at all? I don't want to put words in your mouth, so what's your take? Again, I don't care if you hate CA, I'm just looking for these facts you keep mentioning are "all over the place." Take me for an ignorant and explain to me why "medical weed" is no good.

Its not good because it is taking money out of his pockets, people are substituting prescription drugs for marijuana that he can't make a profit off of. He chooses not to educate himself and uses his degree to make people think he knows what he is talking about, but truthfully he doesnt. California is irrelevant to his opinion just the first state to be close to completely legal marijuana.

Oxy or Roxy's might be coming up now like everywhere else, but Crack is very prevalent still out there.
