🔹Internal combustion engine (ICE):

This assembly is actually the main member of the power transmission system and is not considered part of the power unit, but is directly related to it. This assembly contains the clutch, gearbox, and differential and is an eight-speed sequential gearbox.

The team traces its roots to Minardi, which competed in Formula One from 1985 to 2005. Despite having a large fan base, the team was one of the least competitive teams in the sport, never finishing on the podium and finishing fourth in only three races. The team was purchased by Red Bull in 2006 to become Red Bull Racing Juniors, and competed as "Toro Rosso" from 2006 to 2019.

In 2020, Toro Rosso changed its name to "AlphaTauri" to promote Red Bull's AlphaTauri fashion brand. The team has only won one race and two podiums in its Formula One career, all by Pierre Gasly, including a win at the 2020 Italian Grand Prix and a third-place finish at the 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

The team changed its name to "Visa Cash App RB F1 Team" for the 2024 season, abbreviated as "VCARB".

The new name was widely criticised by fans and the media, with Ed Straw of The Race calling it "the worst team name in Formula One history" and "an embarrassment to Red Bull and Formula One in general", arguing that the "RB" name lacked "character, identity and ambition", could easily be confused with "Red Bull Racing" and was simply created to accommodate more sponsors. For the 2025 season, the team will enter the competition as the "Racing Bulls", discontinuing the use of the original "RB".
