I noticed for phase 2 the ab program doesn't change. I wanna do something different. Do any of you guys have any routines or DVDs you would recommend?

You can try the 10 minute trainer (abe workout) from Tony Horton. It's pretty damn good. I mix that up with ab ripper x just to keep things from getting too boring.

He's also got P90x+, it has a 22 minutes ab/core workout and it looks like it'll eat you alive haha

i felt great again after doing Cardio X last night...i can push through the entire thing without stopping. i was feeling slightly unmotivated after blowing off this past weekend's workouts. so against my own will...i weighed myself this morning(was trying to hold out for the 30-day mark)......and found that i have lost 7lbs!! that is a lot for me since i'm only trying to lose about 15lbs anyway....so that was definitely a motivating factor for me. now i can't wait to see day 60-90 results!! keep pushin guys...it works

Well sir Its hard to say the best way to measure BMI (body mass index) is the water test. However Ive done the weight and height calculations, the neck and waist tape calculation, and the caliper test and all show me a diffrent number. but it did help me get a more accurate number.

Weight and height 28% bmi
neck and waist 24% bmi
Caliper 25%

There you go I guess thats the easiest way to get a more accurate way to measure.

It took me about 7 months from first pic to last. It took alot of cardio and aggressive diet. Im doing p90x now because a motorcycle accident and failed relationship makes you gain weight.
