Fender vents on these M3 are fakes. They do nothing. There are many M snobs on here who think they are exotic car drivers and complain about fake badges on other cars but they are driving around with fake fender vents and most of them don’t have a clue. I took my M3 badges off. |

I dare say, if that diesel can smoke my M3, I would not care what he puts on it, because I would not want to admit that he beat me. Also I would be embarrassed to get near it gain. Personally, I like the idea of sleeper cars, which bait suckers and then beats them at their own game.

I never understood people who treat M3s as drag cars. There are lots of cheaper cars that are faster in a straight line, but worse in every other aspect :
Putting fake badges on cars is just ridiculus. If you have a 1000hp 335d that is faster than an M3 then maybe keep it this way rather than prove everyone else that you have a diesel M car. Might as well put an AMG or 911 turbo badge and 6 exhaust pipes on the e92, same level of being attention thirsty or whatever drives these guys

So what becomes the goal of modifying an M car? Is it not to put it into the next higher category? I agree with everyone that sticking an "M" badge looks silly, but it is also an honor that others aspire to have what we drive, by placing a small plate displaying their wishful thinking. Not trying to be argumentative, just expressing my view.

Why aren’t people just proud of the cars they have I don’t get it. Why can’t someone be proud of putting in time effort and money into something and OWNING it. Is something so bad about having a SCd 370z that you need to slap a nismo and GTR badge on it? Or is there something wrong with putting in work on your 335i or diesel and just being proud of that? A tuned RS7 would kill an R8 so that means put an R8 badge on it?

Totally agree, people should be able to build and put whatever badges they want because after all it is their car. In other news I just traded my E90 M3 for this modified M5 with 2,000 horsepower. I was going to buy a real M5 but since it wouldn't fit in my garage I thought I would just build one. Do you guys like it?

It doesn’t matter whether you have a real M car, AMG, or real badges and etc in the eyes of a civic owner you’re all homos.
Jokes aside, you have my respect as long as you take good care of your car regardless what car or badges you have. On the other hand if someone doesn’t look after their car I can careless what you have I won’t even give a second look. But that is just me. |

You know better. That space is for when you track your car. People need to know when you brake, because everyone is lower than your car.

Thanks bud, I appreciate the suggestions. I think I will implement your ideas and the car is going to look amazing. And after I finish installing the fourth turbo no real M5 or M6 will keep up with me. The only thing I think it needs a little bit more of are some ///M stickers because I do want people to know I am driving an ///M car. Something like this, do you guys like it?
