Since we're sharing exhaust notes... i'm sure i've posted this before.
This exhaust is really difficult to record because the frequency of the exhaust is so low under 2700 rpm you most video recording microphones can't pick it. So it sounds very quite on video until 3k rpm or so. But IRL, it's loudest below 3k rpm.

I've already posted sound clips. Mine is pretty obnoxiously loud in person.

Mr Tonka and ASBSECU E93 have shocked me by selling these gems of automotive perfection.
ASBSECU E93 has already asked if he can be forgiven. We are still waiting for Mr Tonka . I'm seriously thinking about mandating that any potential sell of an interesting vehicle be vetted by a committee of jtodd_fl , Verbiage , silvergray545 , and me. This must stop. Now. |

I'm really thinking of doing that. Getting an aftermarket bumper cover and exhaust that has kind of a split in the middle or is small enough to mount a receiver tube in or on the bumper. The rack is held in by pressure, so no need for hooks, retention pin or lights. Just a mounting point. Figured with the aftermarket bumper cover i could get something fabricated as a snap on cover that's easy to remove and replace. Something like this where the black comes up higher than normal. Should make it easier to fab a replaceable cover. Worst case i'll just have to get one of those sea sucker vacuum racks. But not totally keen on that. I like my current rack and it's versatility.
