Currently on hold trying to get a gym pass. Hotel gyms are manageable if it's just a few days, but I'll be on travel the next two weeks and it just isn't going to cut it. I can only run so much damnit lol

I powered thru. I've resorted to hydrating up and taking lot of potassium still is happening at times. Quads usually now hamstring which hasnt happened. Trying to put to much into it

I hear ya! I don't know what it is but every time I do hammer curls my forearms are always cramping for at least a day.
