Thin-sliced eggplant today, with a pat of margarine and a pinch of cajun powder seasoning. Wish that it was brinjal moju, but I can't DIY that with the available ingredients in our kitchen.....

One of the better breakfast burritos I have had; rice & beans, egg, sweet plantain, queso fresco, guac, pico, and bacon. The wife had shrimp tacos with mango and grilled corn - sweet plantain on the side. Also had a mint smoothie: mint, spinach, dates, almond milk, banana, and peanut butter. Wrapped up with some coco locos on the beach!

Just one corn fed chicken egg for with half slice of toast and Ceylon tea which is not as strong as English breakfast.

Our neighbors up the hill have their yard filled with all kinds of feathered creatures. Including peacocks. Noisy buggers. Maybe I'll get a peacock egg someday.
