1- Front Wing:

The first and most important aerodynamic element of a Formula One car, it is responsible for splitting and directing the air flow towards the rear of the car and producing downforce. This is done with wing plates that are attached to the nose and have limited flexibility.

The most important aerodynamic element of modern Formula One cars, responsible for creating downforce and aerodynamic balance of the car and playing a key role in the performance of the car. In modern cars, the floor includes the Venturi Tunnels, Floor Edge, Floor Body and Floor Fances.

4- Beam Wing:

One of the effective aerodynamic elements located below and around the exhaust and responsible for increasing the aerodynamic efficiency of the body.

6- Engine Cover:

It has the function of directing the air flow and concealing the power unit system devices underneath.

7- Diffuser:

A very important aerodynamic element located at the bottom and end of the car and reduces the speed of the air passing under the car, which creates downforce.

8- Halo:

A safety feature that has been mandatory in Formula One since 2018 and is also considered an aerodynamic element because it is related to airflow. The halo is used to better direct airflow and increase the aerodynamic efficiency of the car body, and sometimes aerodynamic devices are also designed on or around it.

🟢 Suspension:

One of the most important and effective systems in a Formula One car, it consists of wishbones and a damper mechanism that dampens vibrations through a pushrod or pullrod. The front and rear suspension systems can be of one type or two different types, depending on the car package and the design team's discretion.
