Gotta agree. I stopped playing a while ago. Maybe when they introduce some PvP or something I'll start up again...

I lasted 9 months on WOW.... But I guess you are right... They are all very similar.

i got into dragons of atlantis last night... played all night (first time in ages). hit a wall today and pretty much lost interest. it's a browser/flash remake of age of empires, rtk, etc.

Just had a look... nice for a browser/flash game but I can see how I would get bored in an hour.

yeah it was pretty damn fun while it lasted (flashbacks of the scene in "the wizard" where the dad played nes all night), never got into an mmorpg before. i can see how i would have been hooked if i was 15... definitely get that sense of progress and accomplishment. i'm too old

funny though, i actually bought diablo 2 when it was new and played it once for about an hour lol

edit: picked up a used ps3 an final fantasy 13 this morning, it's fun!

that's pretty awesome but it still blows my mind that someone would spend $150 in real money for an in-game item
