So very good. Secret ingredient in the rata is fennel. Secret ingredient in the potatoes is persillade, a finely minced blend of parsley, shallots and garlic. Buerre blanc made with bay leaf, peppercorns, thyme, white wine, cream, butter and turmeric.

Made garlic parmesan chicken drummies tonight. Flavor was ok, and chicken wasn't the greatest, kinda fatty and chewy.

I think those are generally also brewed in North America. Next time you're at a local ramen shop ask them where the beer comes from.
