I have heard they are way more badass in person! Can't wait.
I'm really torn between the F80 and M2.

I was actually thinking about it from a resale value stand point. M cars always hold value better than non-M cars. I have to see one in person before I make a decision. I was dead set on a 6 series a few weeks ago until I saw one in person. Awesome looking car but that thing is a boat. Couldn't do it.

You're right. Although, this is probably going to be the highest selling M car in recent years. Will be interesting to see just how well the value holds! Hopefully it's not a dud like the E36.

I think the resale value has historically been excellent for the 1M, M3s and the Z variants. Not so much for the big M cars.

Especially the E60 M5ssss. Depreciated like a stone.

It's probably commensurate with the out of warranty maintenance required.

Cam it!

Damn....haven't had a cammed car since my MkIII VR6.

Love the lumpy idle. People who don't know always ask, "is there something wrong with your car?"

No, I'm not plus size. But I'm also not naturally thin either. I do need to lose a few pounds right now though.
You are so NOT plus sized.

Let's draw the line...what's could lose a few pounds and what's fat?

I think BMI is BS if you lift. Know a lot of guys with overweight BMI but are shredded.

Haha onemoremod and I were just joking about being plus size.
I think plus size is size 14.

If I want the abs I had 4 months ago in Hawaii, I need to lose about 8 pounds. I was sick for two months after that trip and stopped doing cardio. I gain weight quickly. Soccer starts up again next week and I'll be in decent shape again.

That's my biggest issue. I'm usually 165-175 if I'm lifting and eating semi clean. If I stop all activity and eat the same I just pack them on. I fucking hate it. ARRRRGGH.

For women, I think size 14 is pretty big... Do you think it's reasonable to say plus size is a size designers don't make?

I think so. Although I don't really have designer stuff, so I'm not sure.

I love the S85 in the E60 M5. Such an awesome motor but I sure as hell wouldn't want to own one. Damn things are so expensive to fix/maintain!

It's so tempting! But I need to slow down on the mods for a bit. I haven't even owned the M for one full year and my sig grew that big already. It becomes excessive when you buy three sets of tires and two sets of wheels for one car in less than a year. Lol

But! My next project is weight reduction. Trying to make her lose 100 pounds while keeping a full interior. I need to total the weight savings from the exhaust and suspension to figure out where I'm at. My goal is to have the best street/track car possible.

You're plus sized? You must be a different person than what we've seen in your youtube videos. Based on those, you'd be right up everyone's alley in this thread.
Plus sized... anything non-zero would be pius. So yeah, plus, like maybe +2?

(Forgive me if I am way off bimmette , I was actually looking at the car when I watched the video - and the face does not provide enough data points to draw conclusions from the interview vids. Also, not familiar with Canadian sizes... Vanity sizing is NUTS in the US)
I have no idea what size I currently am. My clothes range from a 2 to an 8.
2 Canadian = 8 US??

I've owned both - 335 and now a M.

Both are capable daily drivers, just know their manners are different. As a daily - 335 is a more sensible choice, and you'd likely not have ricers trying to stop light race you.

If you track at all on the weekends - M is your pick.

I agree, the M is far superior at the track. It doesn't take much for the E9X 335i to overheat and go into limp mode Around the track.

You're so right! I had an E60 M5....it was modded. So sick that V10. But after spending 2 months at the dealer shop for busted dry sump oil squirter.... I was done with it. And BMWNA comped me for the lost time and let me get out of it....

Into my wife's 335, hahahaha.
