Most recent reports in are some dealers have received allocations for an August build and November build. So the larger dealerships maybe getting one allocation per quarter. But concrete allocation news is still not available.

If you are able to get one. Most likely will be like the 1M and be worth more money than what you paid for it 4 years later.

production will ramp up in 2017. Building Cayman/Boxster on the same line, it's not hard for Porsche to accommodate more volume in the next model year. will the GT4 be a collectable? NO! but it'll be in demand for many years and maybe demand will even exceed 2017 production volumes. If it's only a 2 year run, then all bets are off. The used market will crave this car.
