She got pummuled by falling stone building materials. Not that peaceful but I feel you the hound should have taken her out with a stab to the head or maybe decapitation. Even more awesome would be if Drogon shot flames right at her in the tower and she burned to death.

I don’t think they’re dead and they’ll be dealt with next week. Didn’t see them hit, crushed by any falling stone.

On a separate note, dragon flying around belching fire that blows heavy stone buildings apart like 16” Iowa Class Battleship rounds would, kind of ridiculous even for a fantasy show.

Drogon seemed in the matter of 24 hours to be able to find a way to out smart every arrow. Why didnt he burn the boats last time? Again, rushed.

The sound track, visuals and overall episode as a stand alone was fantastic. Cersi's death was anti climatic, but actually realistic. Basically no one would survive a building collapsing like that. Watching her queens hand get crushed by the mountain was a LOL moment.

Again the soundtrack and audio was top notch. Definite reference material for a home theatre.

Its Cersei's fault those people died. Not Dany's. She had a chance to surrender, but chose to use her people as a human shield. Even if she rang the bell... its cersei.. would you trust ANYTHING she does at this point. She'd use that moment while your guard is down to pull out a secret scorpion and shoot drogon as he's sitting in the corner of the city.

You gotta destroy her, her followers, and entire counsel. Its like WW2 with the A-bomb. You end it and you end it quick with the least amount of casualties on your side.

She's resorted to terror tactics because the people are with Jon. That woman is too power hungry and not interested in doing the right thing like Jon plus he's the rightful heir. She is using Drogon and the unsullied to forcefully take over the iron throne and rule by fear though the actual throne may have been destroyed at this point by her hand. Maybe that is symbolic. Now the right thing to do is for Jon to kill her but how this will happen we don't know. Fans will be pissed if he doesn't win so the producers will have to deliver in the final episode but not make it look too easy. The way Arya killed the NK I thought it was too easy. How did she get passed everyone she should have did like walking dead and disguised herself as a white walker using the faces trick. If Jon kills Dani will Drogon attack or see him as the king and also will the unsullied surrender? Will Jon show mercy to them? Many questions remain unanswered.

Thank you for posting this. I'm always amazed by some of the comments from people about how bad the writing is or how fake something looks. It's incredible to me how much work goes into this show and the level of detail. You can see why it's the most expensive show to produce in history.

I always love the insider's post episode analysis. Dani apparently had a dream of the red keep destroyed and snow falling through in an earlier season that later turned out to be ash, and much more from episode 5! Lots of foreshadowing and references/prophecy in earlier seasons fulfilled in this episode. Must be why it's trending on youtube. This will benefit y'all in conversations around the water cooler.

Final episode is almost here. Sticking by my prediction that Jon kills Dany in the throne room, drogon burns the iron throne and flies away with Dany's body, grey worm takes the unsullied and dothraki across the sea to free slave cities, Bran becomes king and named Tyrion as his hand.

For Jon's crime, he is sentenced to take the black and return to the night's watch. However, he goes beyond the wall and reunites with Tormund and Ghost.

Oh, and Arya go west of Westeros where no one has ever been.
