I think the answer to that is a resounding "yes" as the OP seems to place more importance on her failure to hit the gym than her ability to hold down a high power, high stress job.

Like a sick fascination I can't turn away. Sort of hoping this is a troll thread, and not a real example - the 'douchebags drive bimmers' cliché is bad enough w/o this fodder to fuel it. And loving the kickboxing angle - I'd contribute to a gofundme page for her to kick out some teeth if we get pictures.

Good point, I also think the health of the relationship plays a big part in this as well. I've had girls flirt with me while I was in a relationship, but since I was happy I just kind of played it off or ignored it. When people are unhappy, they are more likely to seek out other attention or give in to temptation from others.

I think the sexualization of everything (ads, movies, facebook, snapchat, music, etc) does increase the temptation for people to stray away from relationships though.

This is like train wreck, I can't look away. I keep saying I don't have the time to read all the comments but I can't stop. I thought him saying she wants to do couples things but he's too busy doing stuff he likes to do that she doesn't was bad. Now I see he won't pick her up because he just had his car detailed?!?!? Seriously?

The bit about not getting her b/c of the detailing got me too - I mean, who hasn't refused to pick up the love of their life when it was raining because you wanted to keep the car nice - but YOU DON"T TELL THEM THAT!!! You make up something like that it says in the manual that the intercooler needs another 500 mile break in before it can get wet, or you haven't finished rebuilding the turbo aperture or something. SMH.

I'll also add that cheating happens a lot because this digital age has made it far too easy to simply walk away & start over with the a new guy/girl vs actually put the effort needed into your relationship. Ask me how I know. People are generally lazy lying assholes anymore. Dating is hell right now. Wear a helmet.
