Thirteenth BMW. First was a 1986 325es in Delphin Gray with beige Recaros, that I bought new. Wish that I still had that car, but did put 135k miles on it.

My 1st BMW was a 1999 540i M-Sport. It only had M aesthetics and the upgraded suspension; links and springs. No extra HP. It was awesome and totally turned me to the brand. Get this, though. I bought it with 221,000 miles for $4400 and it drove very well. The only reason it was "expensive" for the miles, is because it had the expensive $3000 timing chain replacement done at 185,000 miles, all documented.
I sold it with 284,000 miles for $3500. BUT i did put over $8,000 into it. LOL |

I'm not a fan of black cars in general (black and orange were the only X1 colors that were non-starters for me). My preference was white but I have come to love the midnight blue metallic.

Bought this 02 m5 back in 07. First time owning a BMW. After my mother in law handed me the keys to her original owned 89 manual e30 325i for taking her daughter to her senior prom back in the late 90s, since that day have I dreamed of owning a BMW someday.

I've had this for about a year and a half. The only reason I even looked at BMWs were because I found this on Edmunds as a CPO with 6k miles, and was dealer owned, for 32k. I needed more room than my GTI, but I couldn't love the VW wagons. Probably won't buy another BMW, unless the stars align. |

My first BMW was a new 1971 red 2002. I drove it for 8 years and then sold it for more than I paid for it.
It saw both track days and auto crosses. It definitely was a fun kit car. |

Here's mine, a 2006 R1150R Roadster. Picked her new in Montreal and had a fun little drive home to St. John's NL

It's nice to see that my old thread still has a pulse and it's always a joy to hear the enthusiasm. That's awesome.

My first BMW was an '03 Titanium Silver 330i M-Sport. It was a big step up from my first car ('99 Civic SI) and I loved it! It started having a bunch of problems after 100k and it just wasn't worth repairing, so I traded it into Carmax. On my 2nd BMW now, which happened to be an attainable dream car... The E92 M3!

My first one was a 2003 540i M-Package. Miss driving this car. Still see it all the time because my neighbour bought it from me
