Nice shot, Trevor. Is that in some new development? Looks pretty desolate in the background except for that one McMansion up on he hill.

Thank you! And yes this area is under heavy development, the location where this was shot is actually still being built but when it is done it will offer great photography locations.
Here's another shot of the location, although I am not as stoked on this shot. EuroSunday :: Palladio's June 26th 2011 by Trevor Thompson, on Flickr

Okay, I only took a few pics with this lens, and this is the only girl and got a shot of. And on another note, looks like a great sharp lens. I also tried a few shots with the huge Sigma 200-500mm f/2,8 with 2xTC, making it 400-1000mm f/5.6, but those didn't turn out any nice. Last edited by remmib; 06-27-2011 at 05:58 PM.. |

TL & dC great shots! Kind of looks like you "clarity" is high on that shot though TL?

Did a quick and dirty photo shoot with my car recently. I'm surprised I got any good shots at all, I forgot my tripod, and the wind was almost knocking me over. I think things tuned out well though. See the rest here

Love the color and those wheels. I think that we may have the same wheels (APEX for me): M3 with new wheels and tires by dcstep, on Flickr

I love the contrast between sharp and OOF, speaking of TL's shot.

LOL...no they don't...the name comes from how fast they run...in shorts spurts up to 10mph. They are not scorpions but are in the same family as the scorpion, spider and harvestman. Many different names for them and different species all over the world: Wind Scorpion, Sun Spiders, Sun Scorpion, Camel Spider, Jerrymuglum, are all the same thing
