Pretty creepy to be honest. This is why I have only 1 mirror in my house, and it's the bathroom, and never open any windows. |

I googled it
http://dialectblog.com/2013/09/19/or...f-a-semi-slur/ "In BrE, when Asian is used to refer to a person, culture or cuisine, it is most usually referring to someone or something South Asian (i.e. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka). In the US and, it turns out, Australia, Asian typically refers to people/things from East Asia (China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.)." But how did the word become offensive to begin with? Etymologically-speaking, “oriental” is hardly pejorative, deriving from a French term which basically translates to “Eastern” (and still exists as French “orientale“). In other words, one might describe it as a Latinate antonym of “Westerner,” a term which Europeans and Americans take little offense at. Of course, etymology little influences our politeness norms. oriental or asian ? hmm better than being called Cream of sum yung gi |

One time there was a Filipino guy who yelped something along the lines of "This Chinese restaurant is really good, blah blah blah, I know because I am Asian." I thought it was funny because he is about as much Chinese as John Smith from Tallahassee. I heard that Taiwan has really good Thai tea. |

No, I must admit that I did not. However, based on his synopsis, I doubt it would have ended the streak.

how about this
pee is 95% water. The rest is 2.5% urea and a 2.5% combination of salt, hormones, nutrients, and creatine. unless you are seriously ill, or have a transmittable illness, it's probably better for you than bottled water ! except in the desert or if in a lifeboat |
