Today we got a new record. From 41.2°F (5.4°C) to 88.2°F (31.2°C).
The average in July is 82°F (28°C) |

It was a beautiful sunny/70 day. I slept from ~10 to 4:30 and missed it all. La Rona is a bitch

Our "windows season" between heat and AC was exactly two days this year. I told my DW that we are not going to be installing opening windows and bug screens when we build our retirement Garage Mahal, because it isn't worth the money for something that only gets used a few days per year.....

It was Thursday March 30th when I woke up and the temp was 6 F. This past Thursday it was 88 F, Friday it topped out at 83 F. Yesterday it was 33 F and snowing. So a 82 degree swing in two weeks, then a 50 degree swing in two days. What's next???
In other news our lake is open and free of ice. We are west of Minneapolis about 20 minutes.
