- Those messages, if real, it’s what she can prove. There are likely dozens of one-on-one incidents that is she said he said.

- This complaint opens the door for others to complain, at RBR and elsewhere.

Quick Google search, it seems Red Bull have more than 15,000 employees worldwide. They must have sensitivity and harassment training, emails and talks several times a year. It's not inexcusable, yet, if these allegations are true, for a 50-year old head of a massive unit to be making repeated advances to a subordinate, it's a massive no-no. (Besides, office rule #1, never fcuk your colleagues.) So, is it a firing offence ? Dunno. The guy is winning and making money. Demotion and clipping his wings ? Yeah, perhaps. But because it seems Red Bull and RBR haven't managed this properly, the options are narrowing. A pity.

The paddock knows him well. He said that he had also received the notorious anonymous e-mail yesterday (he called it "une petite bombe"). So if a new anonymous 'Horner' e-mail is sent this evening at 8pm, very likely he will receive it too, again. Otherwise, it was just a mere rumor.

His comment: "Dans le paddock, eh bien, on nous a laissé sous-entendre qu'une nouvelle bombe pourrait apparaître sous la forme d'un nouveau mail anonyme aux alentours de 20h. On vous tient au courant."

It's laughable that some are questioning the validity of the texts/screenshots. They're legit. One would need to be deliberately obtuse to think otherwise.

My wife and I had a good chuckle reading through it all last night. Was it grounds for termination? No, not really, so they made the right decision...and that's coming from a non RBR fan. Every time she would swat his hand away, he backed off (kinda) so that was his saving grace.

Inappropriate? Absolutely. In what world is it appropriate to talk about jerking off and being overly thirsty for pics or asking to video call during a shower with a subordinate? It was clear from the back and forth that they had been intimate to some degree in the past, which she most likely regrets. Him begging her a few times to delete the messages is also a clear indication that he knows he was in the wrong.

If she leaked the messages, of course she had a choice. You think they physically forced her?
If the assistant leaked the messages, there could've been only 2 motivations: money or revenge.
If it's money, then there's someone higher up (or in another team) behind it that wants to get rid of CH.
If it's revenge....then she just distroyed her career, not harming CH's position at RB and missed out on a lot of money.. The only thing she might have done is destroy CH'r relationship with GH, but nothing in the texts gave me the impression she was jealous of that.

after my "discussion" with GuidoK i read the entire google drive

it sounds like he's the one pushing and she's trying her best to keep him at bay

it's possible there are more texts that might show otherwise but we don't have those.
