Home made Cordon Bleu.

Could not find veal cutlets so I used pork which is acceptable.

Beat the shit out of it until it's at least 50% thinner.

Black forest ham and Swiss cheese. Rolled, egg wash, batter and secured.

Deep fried and enjoy with mash potatoes and carrots from the garden.
