Eeriely similar to last year. As I said Cavs know the formula to winning. Too bad they couldn't pull it out in Game 3

They were down 3-1 last year...
Really wish cavs had pulled off game 3. Thins would be interesting for sure heading to golden state knotted at 2. |

If Cavs win game 5, all bets are off... It's going to 7

funny to listen to all these commentators blaming kyrie and LB for game 3 lost due to ISO ball. they did the same tonight and the 3p dropped lol. im praying no one gets ejected or injured...this way theres no excuses on either side.

Agree. Cleveland played alot of ISO ball...their shots just went in tonight and Curry was off big time, There's no way in hell should Draymond take 16 shots in the game.

Cavs really showed up tonight. Stunning shooting performance. Game 5 is going to be awesome. Any talk of a GS parade is a bit premature. Now we have a Finals.

If it goes back to Cleveland, it'll be interesting. Edit: I'll expect GSW to blowout the Cavs in game 5. |

What's everyone's thoughts on Draymond?
I thought he said he learned his lesson. But I'm still flabbergasted about his game. To me I thought he was ejected. It seemed like he thought he was too, and the whole warriors team. He was putting his hands up and letting the crowd know he wanted to hear it from them as the PA system played hit the road jack. Then the technical foul in the first half was apparently reported incorrectly so he gets to stay since it was supposed to be on Kerr. But a few plays later he swiped down onto Tristan Thompson's head, almost no different than Kevin Love on KD which landed a flagrant, but Draymond's swipe didn't even get reviewed. Is the NBA being too cautious by trying to prevent what happened last year? It seems to me like they are. It didn't look good to a lot of people that he was suspended last year and it gave "momentum" to the cavs. And how "fitting" some would argue to extend a series by tossing him or ejecting him for another game like last year. But to me, that swipe onto Tristan should have been the end for him. Then there was Paculia's swipe and punch on schumpert. And it looked like paculia at one point intentionally stuck his leg off to the side to get Lebrons ankle... The cavs had a lot of calls going their way most of the game, but those two missed flagrants IMO were more critical. |

It's hard not to be. The Cavs broke something like 4 NBA finals records in the first half. I cannot remember ever seeing shooting percentage. 13 3-pointers in the first half. How can I not tip my hat to that. Look, I'm a bit older than most of the forum members. Sure I want my team to win; who doesn't. But I can also sit back and admire true achievement regardless if its my team or not. The Cavs pulled themselves off the floor and came back and simply owned it tonight. Like you say, if they win in Oakland and get back to Cleveland, its a whole new ballgame, or a replay of last year. That can't happen, can it? |

My take? He's an embarrassment and a risk to the Warriors. He cannot control his emotions and he does stupid things to put his team at risk. I'd trade him. However, I'm not responsible for winning games for the Warriors. Coaches and management tend to put up with a lot of sh*t because the player has talent they cannot easily replace. |

Who would have thought with all the talk of NBA Finals records, it's Cleveland that got a record tonight?

I've never disliked an NBA team as much as I've disliked THIS warriors team.
And fuck KD. Took him to go to practically the Western conference all stars team to have a chance. Even if he wins- put an * next to it for being a bitch.

I'd have rooted for KD in any other situation. But to join the team that beat you after being up 3-1 is lame as fuck. That's why I hope Westbrook leaves OKC so he can try to win a ring elsewhere. He was drafted a sonic, despite never playing in the uniform. 206 til I die, motherfuc*er!!

Tremendous performance by the Cavs last night, it took a record performance to beat the Dubs though. They won't shoot like that in Oakland. I predict a close game 5 but on the road the Cavs role players and bench tend to dissappear, it's probably going to be over.

I'm good friends with KD and I just sent him your post. He is upset because your words made him realize he'd made a mistake by coming to the Warriors. He told me he'd just been 8 years with the same team and he need a change. He didn't realize that he was supposed to go find some crappy team and sign with them for the sake of parity in the NBA. Your post has made him so distraught that he will be announcing at a 5pm press conference that he is sitting out Games 5 and 6 (if necessary) to protest his bitch-ass move to the Warriors. He is then going to take some therapy sessions in the off season to retrain his brain and his world-class athleticism to learn that its not about winning, it just about getting out there and having fun. After that remapping of his brain, he's planning to announce he is leaving the Warriors and going to whichever losing team will have him. He wanted me to share this news with you first and thank you for letting him see the light. He also said he wants to be your friend and get a ride in your car. End fake news story. |
