mate that debate can go forever but there is something certain that there were some problems between the team and Vettel starting from last year maybe earlier thats why he ran out of a contract... i believe this event was the last drop and Ferrari chosen Leclerc for future..

Surely then a new brake disc and pads would eliminate the glaze though I'm not sure of any penalty for this but I see it as a safety issue.

he was having problems with heating the front tires more likely.. probably he went for twitchy rear end that rear tires were more active in that case and as a consequence front tires werent grippy as the way he wanted as well as the brakes..
