This is a real M4...even has the quad pipes.
Can't really see it in the pic - but how the exhaust pipe moves from the left side to the right side just bleeds that Bavarian quality we've come to know and love.

I've ordered my M6 debadged. I think they can only take the trunk badge off, not the side vents, grill, etc. Do they do it factory or at VPC at port? Will it be de-badged at my European Delivery, or only when it gets home? 8 weeks from tomorrow....

..Just an observation...I wonder how much BMW charged him to take the badge off..? That was my point...2 minutes could have saved HIS wallet a couple bucks...

It would be a crime to keep a badge on him.

Debadging is free. I've never done it, I'll let them. Maybe they never put it on. Maybe it comes off 00% clean, but better if they never put it on.

Thank god for the 800 number and their reps- because otherwise I'd be freaking out if I only had the BMW site as a tracking guide (still says "production began- even though it had a shipping vessel assigned and leaves June 24th for the west coast!! )

I don't have a pic but i saw a guy in a new 428 convertible, with an M4 badge on it. I thought it was the worst representation of a false M4 until i saw your post!

My son said that's cool so it must be. He also said it looks faster than my car.
I've now disowned him. Though he is three, he should know better.

Maybe I should be an ULTIMATE Poser and put "LFA" badge on my Toyota.
