Given the onboard memory capacity of Drive Recorder is unlikely to have been changed, then there should be no difference in what can be exported whether by wifi or by USB.

Perhaps others with more experience of using Drive Recorder can confirm or correct?

On iDrive 8, I've exported to the USB stick only. I haven't tried or confirmed that my early '23 model can export to the app yet. Technically it's a total of 40 minutes of recordings since it records the perspective from all 4 cameras per one minute clip, and the files from each camera are exported as a separate file. They natively do not play on my Mac, I've had to convert them since the codec used seems to be a non-standard one.
