Without any additional incentives, that is a very good deal. It is below invoice which is difficult to come by on a X5M. Is it for a 2018 and did you special order at that price?

2018 on the lot. I assume if I built and ordered there would be far less discounting.

Exactly my question. That is, how do you know what invoice actually is? I think some websites provide the "invoice" price but I am not sure I trust those numbers. Candidly, I would be surprised if a dealer would actually give out a copy of the invoice and if they did I would wonder if that was accurate (a la GM invoices and end of year dealer kickbacks).
