When you say the white guy hit him I presume you mean the car, not one person hitting another (which would be a different matter entirely)...

Generally speaking cops do not give tickets unless they personally witnessed an incident or there is clear evidence (e.g. red light camera). Otherwise the tickets get thrown out in court. Who knows which car hit the other unless the cops saw it? This is a civil matter, not one for law enforcement so unclear what was expected when the cops appeared. Did someone actually call the police about this situation because I could see the cops getting annoyed at being called over someone acting like an a-hole + a parking bump.

Regardless of color, if I had my nice car parked and an a-hole (of any race) in a POS car was parked behind me telling me my car would be hit if I didn't move, I'd probably just move my car and avoid an incident. Unclear to me why your friend chose not to move under the circumstances, whether he needed to or not. I don't think the a-hole or the cops would have acted differently if your friend was pale white with blonde hair and blue eyes. Unless he was a good looking she, in which the a-hole may have been nicer, the a-hole would still be an a-hole and there is still nothing the cops would do. That's not racism IMO.

As far as you getting out of speeding tickets (while I don't)... that is not racism either. Women have always gotten out of tickets easier than men. If anyone should be complaining about that it is all men of all colors. It is just not a proper analogy for what happened with your friend.

I'm still new here and like your posts but I disagree with you on this one unless the guy actually hit your friend (not his car) in which case there should be physical evidence to indicate a crime was committed.

I remember when I visited Stockholm and Oslo, one of the girls was drop-dead gorgeous, maybe a Brooklyn Decker twin. She showed us a picture of her b/f, and he was black. I think above all we want our kids to be better than we are, and succeed in their environment....my wife's uncles/cousins live in Munich. And from what I've heard them say, there is clearly racism there. Her cousins are mixed because the wife of her uncle is Asian. I think the kids are gorgeous, they almost look Italian, but they clearly do not look German.

I find that usually the ones claiming racism when they get a ticket/tased/arrested/shot are 99% of the time, also the ones who do not follow directions very well when directed by law enforcement, were speeding, did go the wrong way, did have illegal items in their car, were defensive about why they were pulled over/detained/asked for their ID, etc.

I'm in Houston, talk about tension.

If you play it cool, regardless of race, your odds are incredibly better that you do not get a ticket. I've gotten a ticket for 5 over, and warning for 25 over. Both white cops, and I'm as white as they come.

Just take comfort in knowing you are getting a ticket for the 900 times you DIDNT get caught doing something wrong.

There are refugees washing up on the shores of Europe right now, who Europeans pretty clearly do not want. Isn't that at least in part because they are from the Middle East and Africa? Europeans are generally progressive on social issues, but I never thought of blanket rejection of racism or religious tolerance among those issues. There is racism, prejudice and intolerance everywhere.

I'm not denying that one bit, but we actually talk about it a lot just to make sure we understand where the rise always comes from. Also, no matter who you are, you can expect the authorities to be objective.

I'm still, days later pissed about this since now I have to slow down to avoid cops. I'd hate to be let off again after this (which is hilarious even to me.).

So your friend who's driving a $75k car (yeah America has been terrible to him), was asked to pull forward to give the guy behind that he boxed in more room or he'll hit his car trying to leave, he refused and the boxed car tapped your buddy's bumper.The cops didn't do anything about it.

While you can talk your way out of a deserved ticket, your Asian friend can't.

It is racism if bloodlines were mentioned. However, that is something that can be denied so I think nothing further will happen with this.
And Germany? I lived there and believe it is a much more racist country. Even people I spoke to would openly make racist comments towards people who were not white and I would be left dumbfounded. And then they would say, oh we don't mean you though. Many Germans are openly racist towards the Turkish and African immigrants.

Who mentioned the bloodlines, the other (white) guy or the cops? That may be a racist comment but the handling of the situation by the police does not appear to be impacted by racism even if they made the comment (which may have been a sign of irritation for being called to the scene). I don't see the cops arresting or ticketing the other guy regardless of what was said or the race of the participants. They are not going to ticket someone for a bumper scratch they didn't witness (and possibly not even for one they witnessed). It is not a police matter.

1 It was public property. IF that @ ssclown who hit the M3 didn't want to give out his Insurance information, police should have at least come in and try to get the insurance information for M3 owner.

2. IF the green car owner refused to give the insurance info to M3 owner even with police presence, he should've gotten a ticket.

3. IF the owner of the green car was talking mad trash (with or without racial slurs), it is a good indication that he did refuse to settle this matter civil way. If he did not talk racial slurs in front of people, he is an @sshole . If he did racial slurs, he is a racist asshole.

Incident 1
There was an incident where semis hit eachother while parking in PRIVATE PROPERTY. Cops were called, and the semi driver who hit another semi while parking got a ticket.



Incident 2
This truck was in major HWY in rural area to check his weights. While entering to weight station, truck driver ran over a pillar, and got stuck. He was yelling at DOT employees and state trooper that they made the entrance too narrow. Later on, HE GOT A TICKET, and had to call semi-truck tow company to get his trailer leveled. (he couldn't just drive it back, because of the trailer had items and it can shift the weight and roll the trailer)
