Sex typically gets less frequent over time, even in the best relationships. This means that if you're not married/have children and it already isn't frequent enough, you're in for some dissapointment. If you're not sexually compatible (frequency is a big part of this), you need to really think twice before progressing to the next step. Again, it won't get better, only slightly worse at best.

We used to be 3x a day, which diminished a bit with time and then plummeted due to kids. Hard to find the time, and when you have it, you're exhausted.

I used to have sex at least 3 times in my high school years . One before school , one before soccer practice and one before bed or after.

Now , we're both busy with work and my girl have Med school so it's like once or twice a week minimum
