I've yet to see anyone on earth who looks bad because of her/his natural skin color. People looking bad because of a tanning salon, however...

Only go to stand up ones. Do not lay down on any tanning bed. If you do go to stand up ones do not go too often. I know of a couple that got skin cancer.

a few sessions in a bed, to turn on your natural melatonin protection, in small bursts, in a controlled setting

going to Mexico and ending up toasted to the point of losing skin when you pass out from the free Cuba Libre poolside.

We fly into belize city stay one.night there cross to San Pedro for 3 nights, palencia for 3 nights and finally san Ignacio for 3 nights where we will cross into Guatemala and go to Tikal. It is our first time expect it to be like being at Playa del Carmen which we liked also.

It was always magical in Cancun. I ordered CL once, and my glass was never empty as long as I stayed in the same general vicinity of the pool. Waiter/ess just seemed to sense when my glass was almost empty and brought me another one.

Also, when I decided to trek across the property, it was like the Camino Real, the bars seemed to be spaced almost exactly one drink apart.

Nice we just got back from riviera maya. Was an awesome trip.
