140 in a crown vic police interceptor, probably could've squeezed out a bit more but it wasn't a clean top car....not the fastest I've been but kind of a cool experience.

V=Max...

285 kph verified with my Nav/GPS in my 135i. Only engine mod is a stage II sw flash and no v-max limiter. The car still has some more speed left, just need a flatter/emptier Autobahn to find out!

Here is a shot when my car was stock. Even though the limiter was kicking in at 155 mph/250 kph... GPS said true vehicle speed was only 148 mph/240 kph.

Here is 274 kph on the A9 Auobahn coming from Munich to Ingolstadt at night... I could only drive safely up to 274 kph(while filming).

PS: I probably should mention that the fastest that I have ever driven in the states was 145 mph on my(old) Porsche 944 Turbo.

150ish in my old RX7 Turbo II. It was solid as a rock but thinking back it was stupid going that fast in a $2000, 20 year old car. The 135i I've only had up to about 110 merging onto the highway when I was first learning the car, haven't had it above ~90ish since.

When I owned my 335, I lived near a stretch of highway which extended about 3 miles in almost a straight line.

Very rural area.

I'd travel in the summer for tournaments and would usually get back home after midnight - many times 2:00 am or later.

I'd open my 335 up and hit 165(ish) several times.

In miles, I've hit 170 multiple times.

While being a passenger, I've had the privilege of seeing just how disorienting speed is.

It's like I like you and I don't know why.

Btw. My readings have been done in the wild. A car and me and no backup. No phone services, no rescue crew.

I can if I ever access my files again show proof of these.

160mph on front straight at Autoclub......140mph through the bank (more impressive)!!!

I have km/h in my dashboard and i've hit 210 on my way back to NL a month ago while driving @ autobahn. Needless to remember that is pretty difficult to drive hard in Dutch soil .. It is what it is

138 MPH in my 2016 X6 50i (empty stretch in Queens by the Rockaways)

153 MPH in my former 650i GC by Jones beach)

143 MPH on my Panigale 1199 (scary because you can tell the cars don't see you coming or about to pass)

136 MPH on my former S1000rr (By Bear Mt.)

not as fast as others around this forum, but I get a little nervous because of very light traffic and or potentially getting pulled over.

Getting pulled over at those speeds in NY will have you short one vehicle in a heartbeat, lol.
