I hope this guy is okay! (M4 owner)

We just had a city wide funeral for a Hillsborough Co Sheriff's deputy who struck head on by another wrong way driver.

There have been a slew of wrong way drivers around here lately. Some speculated that they may be suicide motivated as one witness reported one person getting on the wrong way and then circling back around to do it again until they finally hit someone on their 4th try.

Man is that sad... Cops, while not all are perfect people, do a thankless and tough job and do NOT deserve this shit to happen to them. (Neither do civilians, but they don't put themselves in harms way 8 hours a day....)

This was my car. I sold it to him last week

Fortunately he is ok which is obviously most important. I am saddened about the loss of my former car and his loss as well. Cars can be replaced thank God he came out with minor cuts and bruises.

Just FYI when you're on the M4 forum it links to the Off Topic thread as well. I didn't see any sense in posting a wrecked M4 in the general forum since the discussed topic will be more "off topic" than about M4's (just to so you can see my thought process).

I would prefer a heavier daily driver with safety panels in place than a "light" CSL. I'm never going to complain about weight. There is always a tradeoff. Those pics on Reddit are scary. If the M4 driver didn't wedge his car against the barrier, he would not have survived. Glad he is ok.
