I read all your comments and want to add some stuff.
I drove other ATS-V and didn't fill the same. It did spin tires and the tail went sideways a BIT but not the same as my car.
While in the Garage, they found that my front rim is damaged. Last weekend, with or without anything to do with the front rim, I saw that there's a defect on my roof (scratch and dent/hollow no idea what's the right word in English). I'm almost sure that my car got damaged on it's way here from the US but it's hard to prove.
I know what's torque steer is but didn't know it can happen in rear wheel drive.
I came from an A45 AMG that is AWD and I understand I need to adjust but saying that my car is fine without test driving it is not right.

I drove another ATS-V and it did not have that same issue. I said fishtailing in the first message but it isn't right. the car just turns to one side.
The car slips very easily with TC on. I do understand that rear wheel drive is different than FWD or AWD.

This one has happened with a guy from the technical unit in the garage. He asked me to hold the steering wheel with both hands to make sure that I'm not doing anything with the steering wheel:

I had to take it back so I won't hit the car in front of me.

Strange because the atsv ( from personal experience ) with all of the electronic goodies turned off will not step out in a straight line. Something seems off with your car.

U Guys crack me up .... 500 hp really isn't that much in today's world.

It's hard to tell without trying another car, with same tires, same configuration. Maybe something is off with your car, maybe there's an issue with TC. I think you said TC was "on" in that clip ? If it was "off" that's kinda what I'd expect to see, lack of rear wheel grip with lots of torque sent to the rear wheels would kinda start stepping out on you like that.

We'll have to disagree here, 500 HP is still a "special car".
I always laugh when I read people's comment like "yeah but X model only offers 300HP".

I'm only talking about TC on. If it would only happen with TC off it was great. I could have controlled it. By the way, I don't think it is a TC issue as TC takes control at some point and brings the car back to be strait. Maybe deferential or other parts I have no idea about.
All cars here have the exact same configuration. We could only pick color, seats color and clippers color. All the rest is the same configuration.

What RPMs is it at when it's breaking? If it's downshifting to like 4.5-5.5K, then it's definitely going to break. One thing that's nice about a manual is choosing the gear.

What do you mean by break? Slip? If this is what you mean so definitely it goes up to 4500-5500.

I drove the other guy's car. I could reproduce the diagonal shape when I fully pressed on the throttle paddle when in 10-20 MPH. It is not as hard as in my car but it does happen. Anyhow, it doesn't feel as slippery.
What can be the reason? Yesterday I set the tire pressure to 2.6 and today it already reduced to 2.5. In the garage they said something about the tires but I don't remember what. I'll try to find out tomorrow.
BTW, after reproducing this scenario with my car a few times, we couldn't reproduce it anymore till I parked my car again and let it cool down. Can you think of a good reason what can be the problem?

Lots of high HP cars will spin the wheels if you mash on the accelerator, especially from a slower speed and especially in lower gears. Having an automatic that automatically downshifts may make this worse.

If the car is not going straight, some of the wheels are spinning at different speeds, this is most likely due to a loss of traction. As has been noted, perhaps something is actually wrong, but it's very hard to tell, because mashing on the accelerator will cause the car to go off in crazy directions, just look at all the street-racing videos where people plowed into stuff on the sides of the road when they tried to do the same.

How is the rear suspension? Are we sure it is wheelspin? If the rear axle is overpowering a part (disconnected or broken) it will get wonky. I'm thinking that under normal conditions, this might be fine. Under WOT, it might bend.

I'm just throwing and seeing what sticks.

I am very very behind in modern car tech, but my camaro required an upgraded torque arm and subframe connectors when I put in my new motor, trans and rear. Otherwise it would literally rip the car apart. (~380 tq and 4.56 gears. Shifting to 2nd gear at 1500rpm will squeal tires)

Rear end housing? I'm just thinking of situations where the rear end of the car becomes disconnected so to speak.
