thank you asdf.. that is really what i meant. if you look at any big companies or even paypal/ebay. if the product is defected, you will have to ship at buyers cost. Mostly everyone here don't understand that. I offered him full refund. He also dispute with paypal hoping he wins which in reality if he wins he will have to ship the wheel back out of his own pocket.

I paypal him $150. not because I was scared of his little threats. I just felt bad for him. and he was a very nice guy to deal with.

It's good that you took responsibility and offered him compensation, its just I don't know if someone like that deserve such thing though.. from what I understand is that he demanded a refund or extra money, unwilling to cooperate with you, and taking drastic measures before even consulting with you first...

Either way, at least its solved now... This just adds one more person to the "The world revolves around me" list...
