I recall having an interesting encounter with Passport BMW back in the summer of 2015 when allocations for the M3 were sparse. I was laying out the terms of what I believed to be an acceptable offer to one of the managers via phone. Just as I finished, him and at least two others who were in the room burst out laughing. It was immediately apparent that I was on speaker. I also remember one of them saying, "Good luck buddy!" in a condescending tone. Very, very classy. I never understood the approach of treating prospective clients in such a manner.

San Antonio shouldn't be on there. I'm ashamed to admit I gave them my money even though they offered the best deal out of several dealers lol. I guess my principles are weak.

Bremen is a eye opener considering the ongoing federal court litigation between Braman v. BMW NA & BMW AG.
Link here for recent court pleadings, especially that BMW's attorneys have stated "BMW NA alleges that Braman "having set retail prices for BMW vehicles at levels much higher than those charged by other BMW dealers in Florida ... has focused almost exclusively on dealership profits." Furthermore, BMW NA alleges "Braman Motors' ranking among the worst performing dealers for BMW NA in the entire southeast United States ... has cost BMW NA hundreds of sales to its competitors annually".

It's BMW North America award. Why no dealer in Canada is on the list is a mystery. Come to think of it I can't see anyone bein on the list. Horrible experiences with three I've dealt before. One of the reasons I went to Lexus and Jaguar...

This list should also include the parent ownership group name. Curious to know how many are Penske/Hendrick/Sonic/AutoNation etc.

Thus why I go out of state to United via ED/PCD. Rick Hendrick Imports Charleston, SC is not on the list, I wonder why?

3 from our little state. Very good showing.
Who is the third? Are you talking about MD or other?

It doesn't though, but ok. If you're going to laugh and be an asshole at least have the common courtesy to throw the call on mute.

This list is a piece of trash. Schomp BMW is one of the worst dealerships in the country. I cannot imagine a worse experience. The first time I tried to shop there, they failed to honor the advertised price for a vehicle claiming it was an "error." This is an illegal practice in Colorado and I nearly reported them to the automotive board. Second time shopping there, I made an appointment to drive a car, but they failed to honor the appointment due to being understaffed. I waited 90 minutes and there was still nobody to help me, so I left. The funny thing is they advertise "one person, one hour, one price." I couldn't even get a salesman to show me a car in one hour, much less actually purchase the damn thing. Another dealership in Colorado that is excellent told me Schomp is manipulating the BMW rating system somehow, and I believe it.

Bought my 2019 M240i from BMW of Silver Spring, MD last month, the best purchase experience out of the 10 times I've bought a car at a dealership. Well deserved.

At my local BMW I find most of the customers to be more judgmental than the employees maybe someday we'll see a Canadian dealership on here

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It's definitely not how we want to treat our customers or the experience we wish to provide. We completely understand how you can't understand the approach, as neither can we. The actions of a few certainly do not represent the whole here, and we do ask for your forgiveness.

Hope you we're still able to land on an M3 and that you had a good experience where you went!

I took last years list and tried contacting them for a m2 allocation. Most of them didn't have any, were not interested in business or charging markup. This rating system must be easy to manipulate for ones with ongoing litigation to show up in here.

It said BMWNA. Doesn't Canada fall under a different division? I know other countries outside of NA are not included.

I purchased my M4 about two weeks ago at BMW of San Rafael just north of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. I did notice my sales man with award winning trophies over the years in his office.
