This production is probably mostly intended to send a message that BMW is developing vehicles with advanced technology systems.

I can't help but feel disgust towards what I see as a subordinate goal... To promote the idea that it's silly to be concerned about the clear safety concerns surrounding adding autonomous vehicles to our roadways. Not cool BMW.
