We usually get light, fluffy snow, too, but this was really wet, and heavy snow. Lots of tree branches down, and I saw some smashed cars. Still don't understand why people in this climate don't park their cars in their garages.

I’ve been hitting that comfort ventilate button every day.

Worst I saw was at the shipyard in Portsmouth va, my Taurus sho read 155 and I could barely breathe to get in and crank the ac for 5 minutes before daring to get in.

That temperature reading on the dash is outside temperature, not interior temperature. Especially when standing still or in heavy traffic, it can read considerably higher than the actual ambient temperature.

Because of it's location, it can pick up heat radiated from the pavement as well as heat from other cars in front. Yours seems to be reading about 20 degrees high from reflected heat.

There is some warm temperatures centered around the southern GA/SC border. It is currently ~40 deg F warmer on the SE US coast (~93F) than the southern CA coast (~53F)
