Another vote for CarPro Perl. Very versatile and can be used for various applications based on dilution ratio.

Tires need to be clean to get proper bonding. Get an APC or dedicated tire cleaner (Adam's/Mother's/Tuff). When you are scrubbing you should be seeing white foam. If you see any brown coming off then your tire isn't clean. Stay away from CG products.

VRP doesn’t sling. That said it’s not a high gloss product, so if you’re going for the wet look this isn’t the right product, you’d have to use a lot of it, which might be why you had sling. I used it today, if you use a foam or microfiber applicator there is virtual no excess product on the tire, making sling virtually impossible.

I use Adam's VRT as well. Great product....matte look and no slinging.

Sling is normally caused by applying too much product. Maybe change the method of applying? I find a decent pad helps massively

And apply with these. I’ve reused the same pad for over a year.

+1 for the Meguiars Endurance gel with foam applicators. I've never had sling issues by just applying a small amount of product.

Using AMMO Mud, no sling, low gloss black finish. Im not a fan of that shiny look so this one works really well in keeping the tire wall looking rich black.

I’ve been using Chemical Guys VRP, but tried Perl on the tires since I use it on the interior and it was pretty good. I have it overly diluted for the interior so probably better results at 1:1 vs my current 5:1.

Yet another vote for CarPro Perl. That said, once I run out, I plan on picking up some of this, as I've heard very positive feedback on it:

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say you follow Pan the Organizer. Correct?

Seconding Chemical Guys VRP. I know Chemical Guys gets a lot of heat everywhere, but as a tire dressing I love the amount of shine it gives (not too much, but not entirely matte either).

It lasts about a week (maybe 3-4 days if you drive more) and as long as you give it 15 minutes to set I see no sling.

Plus, it's cheap!

Not all that closely, but I have seen a few of his videos. I would like to check out more of his content, just haven't yet. But I watch every video that OG puts out.

You can see it in my sig, but if anyone ever plans on ordering from Obsessed Garage, I've got an affiliate link. No change on your end or the ordering process whatsoever, but I get a small cut of the sale. Pretty cool program, tbh!
