Mine has fallen down the stairs several times. I thought it was smarter than that. And it ran itself out of batteries doing that. Made me feel kinda bad to find it upside down like that.

I've been wanting to buy one for the longest time, but all I hear about is the side brushes snapping off after a few months. Just read the reviews on Amazon. Great product, great support, but lots of maintenance and they don't seem to be built very well. I'd love to be proven wrong because I really want one.

As soon as those darn things attempt to clean the verticle part of each stair, they're done for... Try as they may...

I haven't had this particular model, but I've found that the older models don't really clean that well.

we have like 4 floors at home... we do have a maid.. but it would help out my mom when the maid isn't there

How much are they a piece? If not too expensive get one for each floor.
