Can an 18 year old get a loaner from the dealer?

You can... but its up to the manager of the dealership. I had the same problem last year when my X3 broke.

It's supposed to be 21 here but I got a loaner when I took my 335 in and I'm 20. Luckily I have a good dealership.

Damn...over here you would struggle to get insured on a 320i being that age, and a 335i would never get insured.
