It'd be nice in hardtop, ragtop really kills the look of the car, and who would pay $139,000 for a ragtop?

my dad will be spending around that on his new 997 turbo and it will have a ragtop...

I don't like hardtops either, except the Merc SL/SLK.. But the Peugeot 307/206CC, Renault Megane CC, VW Eos, Opel Astra CC, Lexus SC430 and Ford Focus CC are imo all ugly.. The hardtop makes the car look out of proportion and don't forget the extra weight it brings. And I also like the look of a ragtop, it gives you a real convertible feeling.

Also it can be cut into and all your goodies removed as happened to me in a covered protected parking lot.
