Well, with sways, strut bar, competition coils, and LSD, I don't see how you can stay that...

I 'owned' an e46 ZCP M3 for a little while.. AMAZING in terms of handling I have to say... much better than my vert... but I've driven e92 335i on coils with aggressive settings and they were quite the nimble car :P

Plus, excluding the canyon runs, most of my driving is done on the street...

just be aware that nissan dealerships are ten times as tight assed about mods as BMW dealers are. Some of them will drop the hammer on you if you get something as simple as a catback exhaust. If you do a flash or even a downpipe they will almost certainly kill your warranty.

But even when bone stock the GTR is pretty awesome.
i'm not really worried about it. i'm going to void the warranty before i even get it home. only thing i'm worried about in the transmission. i'll probably wind up putting $5k into it to make it grenade-proof.

yea i'm going back home this weekend for a shareholder's meeting, but the gt-r probably won't be back for a couple weeks or more. it's going to the toy store for a little 'spring cleaning'

Pssshhh lame...just messing. Those R35s are nasty when you get some work done to em. The P800 R35 is quicker than the P800 997TT.

i was thinking about having switzer do the work, but i'm probably going to have jotech do it instead. the car is already in dallas and jotech does some of the best gt-r work out there. i want to be there when they tune it and i'd much rather do to dallas than cleveland.

Asshole! I was really excited when you said Switzer. I've been to their shop once, it's pretty nice. I've seen a few of their cars too. Their EVO, a P600 GTR, a P800 GTR, a P700 996TT, the notorious P800 997 GT2 and the owner's 599.

The P600 GTR

The GT2

The 599

what is wrong with the stock look. In my opinion, all you need is black grills and maybe some tint and you're set. The car already is to say the least expensive as is

I got my '09 e90 M3 for $56k OTD.

I've spent about $7k on mods, and I'm NOT doing anymore to it.

There comes a point where too much modding doesn't make sense.

I'm at $3500 just for wheels, tint, and interior trim. Looking at sinking $5k into the suspension and diff, $2700 into performance parts, still debating what/if I should do for cosmetic parts. So a little over $11,000 on top of about $52,000 for the car. Don't regret it though, I enjoy the modding aspect and the 335i is one hell of a daily driver

10K is nothing in terms of mod...there are over $100,000 spent on my Supra...

if you're gonna mod, go all out, don't put clear lights on ur car and call it mods

I have been through JB1, SSTT, JB3, Intakes, Air scoops, etc.. I forgot to put those up as well. But My car is back to stock now

I would go modding my engine but its too risky and headache.
