I got a Pita sandwich once with bone or something in it ( I thought it was like a chicken fingernail or something). I took it back and the guy is like yeah whatever, like he didn't even offer me a free desert or another sanwich - prick I'll never go back to Basha's next to Sports Experts on Ste Catherine!!

Imagine what kind of bimmer you could be driving if you just took a sip of one of their drinks and received a settlement

Glad to hear your friends are OK though. I bet the manager was scared as sh*t, cause when anything goes wrong anywhere, it's always on the manager's ass.

Woah! same thing happened to me just tonight at TGI Friday's! my girlfriend's water had a very large piece of glass that was broken off from another cup. it was me who finally noticed it when she reached the bottom of her water.

All they did was give us a coupe for free appetizer next time we came, and gave us free donuts tonight for dessert..

What happens if u abuse someone at a bar restaurant and they attack u? If it is another customer can u get a settlement? It must have been scary even if plastic, it cant be good to ingest.
