I was wondering what you guys think of the following areas in terms of what kind of neighborhoods they are to live in (ie. safe/good/convenient/type of crowd) Keep in mind, I am from NY and I know nothing about these areas:

Are you guys talking about single income or one part of a dual income? I can't imagine getting by in LA on only 65k single income and having a BMW. Insurance alone would be almost a 1/3rd of your car payment wouldn't it?
Hell, I can't imagine doing 65k on a single income up here in Seattle (w/ BMW payment) without living in a dump and eating top ramen all the time. |
