Common sense says he would of went to jail if they could have arrested him, so no shit nothing will happen. Blake didnt do that to get him in trouble, he did it to prove a point. Personally, I think the whole story is bullshit or over exaggerated. No one passes those tests that easily, even sober, and especially with police starring you down.
